Everything you need to make your own double or single layer sleeve ruffles! These sleeve ruffles are suitable for the 1760s through the early 1780s.  Based on an extant pair in our collection, these are exact copies of the originals.

  • 1 yard fine white cotton muslin
  • 1 yard white cotton tape
  • Needle packet
  • Beeswax
