1950s Black Velvet and Net Dress

A stunning 1950s dress. Sleeveless velvet top and full, semi sheer skirt. The skirt is made of black netting with rows of rayon fabric stripes. Shown with and without an orange petticoat underneath. Change out the color of your petticoat of choice for different looks.
