Fashionable Gown Pattern
This pattern is drafted from an original 1770s gown in a private collection with minimal changes to accommodate the modern body. It represents the cutting edge fashions of the 1770s and early 1780s. Our instruction manual includes colored photos and detail directions on how to construct your gown in a period correct manner along with a documentation card with details of the original gown. Bum roll pattern and petticoat instructions are also included.
Available is Bust Sizes 34 to 41. (The envelope image has a typo, the largest size range is 40/41) Please select your size from the drop-down menu.
Light and crisp fabrics in small patterns, narrow stripes or solid colors are best suited for this style gown.
