WWII WAVES Seersucker Uniform Dress

Original WWII US Navy WAVES seersucker uniform dress. Size 10 regular. Near excellent condition. There is one spot near the waist and another at the hem that should lift with cleaning. (Soak is cool water with a mild soap, lay flat to dry.)
