"Spring" Cap Pattern
Our "Spring" cap is suitable for the fourth quarter of the 18th century. This cap style works well for a number of impressions from lower to upper class depending on materials used, and is seen in numerus 18th century prints and other artwork. This is a very flattering cap for most women.
Paper paper and instructions for hand sewing a cap in an 18th century manner are included along with a documentation card.
Can be made of finer linen or cotton organdy. 1 1/8 yards of 1 1/2" silk ribbon suggested for trim. Message us for a selection of ribbons. Try our linen for your cap.
