Vintage Dress - 1970s does 1940s
A lovely 1940s style evening dress, perfect for you next holiday party! Long lace sleeves and short peplum with matching tie belt. This is a nice shade of plum/purple. The lace illusion bodice is very striking in person and reminiscent of many 1940s dresses I have seen. The long sleeves are made of the same purple lace.
I believe this dress was made some time in the 1970s or a bit early, has Union Made label. Feels like poly or poly blend, fabric does have some stretch to it. Dress does have a trade union label. Dress closes in back with a metal zipper and hook and eye. This photographed more pink than it really is, the true color is closest to Pantone # 853780 Plum.
Condition - Great vintage condition. No flaws to note. Clean and ready to wear.
