Reproduction 1940s Cotton Dress - Red/White Check
A new, ready-made 1940s reproduction dress. Perfect for WWII events, swing dancing and everyday wear! Carefully constructed using a vintage 1940s sewing pattern from my collection and a combination of new and vintage materials. Dress has 3/4 length sleeves, zips at the side and has matching ties attached to the waist. Ties can be adjusted slightly if you wish the waist to fit more closely. Sleeves, collar and neck edge are trimmed in vintage lace. The silk ties at the neck are also vintage. Dress was machine sewn with hem finished by hand.
Materials - New 100% cotton fabric, lace and silk ribbon trim are vintage.
Measurements - Sewing pattern used is a vintage size 16 (34 bust . Please go by listed measurements to ensure best fit.

Waist - up to 30" can tie smaller

Condition - Excellent! Dress is new and unworn.
Care instructions - Fabric was pre-washed in warm water and dried. I recommend cold water wash on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or line dry. Warm iron when needed.
