Our "Phyllis Wheatley" cap is once again available as a kit! Everything you need to make your own 18th century cap in a period correct manner. This kit uses a beautiful hard to find linen, the last of the old Golden Scissors stock. 

These kits include the following;

• Pre-cut fabric pieces
• Threads
• Needles
• Linen tape for ties
• Bees wax
• Instructions
• Documentation card
• Your choice of silk ribbon (Select color option from menu.)

Suitable for the fourth quarter of the 18th century, this cap style works well for a number of impressions from lower to upper class depending on materials used, and is seen in numerus 18th century prints and other artwork. This is a very flattering cap for most women.
