Late 1930s Eisenberg & Sons Dress
Eisenberg & Sons are known for their beautiful jewelry and fur clips, but they also produced clothing. This late 1930s "Eisenberg & Sons Original" silk crepe dress will be a gem for any vintage collector. Dress is fresh and clean.
It needs a little TLC but don't let that scare you away. This dress would have closed at the left side with snaps or small buttons but they have been removed. There remains a few threads and stitch lines at the side opening. Two or three tiny popped seams (all less than an inch) that are an easy fix and the hem has been late out. Re-hem to your desired length. Two pin holes at center front. Without it's flaws this piece would be priced much higher.
The label has started to split but is not in any danger of coming off.
Pairs beautifully with this 1940s navy blue reginote, sold separately.

Buyers should expect all vintage and antique items to have some wear. They may not be 100% free of minor defects, as they have been loved already. Any imperfections will be described to the best of my knowledge.
